An anonymous pulse survey your team will actually answer.
Drop a QR or link in the team channel after a sprint or all-hands. No login, no email, no IP stored on a response. People say what they really think because nothing ties an answer back to them.
Q01Is an anonymous pulse survey really anonymous here?
Yes, by default. There is no login, no email, and no account on a response. We never store an IP address or a device fingerprint on the answer, so a submission cannot be traced back to a person. The only caveat: if you add an optional name field, people can choose to identify themselves.
Q02Can managers see who said what?
No. The dashboard shows aggregate results. Each individual response is just the answer text and a timestamp. There is no user account, email, or IP attached, so authorship cannot be reverse-engineered.
Q03How is this different from the annual engagement survey?
Different job. QR Poll is for short, repeatable pulses: one or two questions after a sprint, a retro, or an all-hands. It is not built to replace a 50-question annual survey.
Q04How do I run it for a closed team?
Share the poll link or QR in your team channel, standup deck, or a printout. Anyone with the link can answer (there is no public directory of polls), but note there is no access-code gate, so treat the link as you would any internal link.
Q05Can I stop someone answering twice?
Not fully. Votes always count. A flag stored in the responder’s own browser quietly skips the form if that browser already answered, but clearing site data or switching devices lets them answer again. Read pulse results as a trend, not a headcount.
Q06Is it free?
The free plan covers most teams: 250 responses a month, live results, and CSV export. No credit card to start.
